No. Page reordering is a structural operation — the content of each page is preserved exactly. Text, images, fonts, and formatting are all unchanged. The only thing that changes is the order pages appear in the document.
Yes. Use the Undo button in the toolbar to step back through any changes you've made, including deletions and reorders. Your changes are only applied to the file when you click Save Organized PDF.
