Why Use Our EPUB to PDF Converter?

Professional eBook conversion with full content fidelity

EPUB 2 & EPUB 3 Support

Both the older EPUB 2 and the modern EPUB 3 standard are fully supported, including fixed-layout EPUB 3 used by many professional publishers for complex page designs.

Chapter & TOC Preservation

The converter reads the EPUB navigation document (toc.ncx or nav.xhtml) and generates a matching PDF bookmark panel, so your chapter structure remains fully navigable.

Images & Media Embedded

All inline images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, SVG) contained in the EPUB are extracted and re-embedded into the PDF at their original resolution, maintaining aspect ratio on every page.

Custom Font & Page Size

Choose from A4, Letter, A5 or B5 page sizes. Adjust font size between 10 pt and 16 pt to control text density per page — useful for reading on different screen sizes or printing.

Automatic Page Numbers

Enable automatic page numbering to add a footer to every page. Page numbers follow the PDF convention, starting from the first content page after any front matter or TOC pages.

100% Private & Secure

All files are uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection, processed in isolated server containers, and permanently deleted within 24 hours. Your eBooks are never read or shared.

Frequently Asked Questions

EPUB (Electronic Publication) is the standard open format for eBooks used by devices like Kobo, Nook, and most reading apps. It uses reflowable text that adapts to any screen size. PDF, on the other hand, preserves a fixed page layout — making it ideal for printing, sharing in professional contexts, or reading on devices that don't support EPUB. Converting EPUB to PDF gives you a universally compatible, print-ready version of your eBook.

Yes. When you enable the "Include Table of Contents" option, the converter reads the EPUB navigation file and generates a matching PDF bookmark panel. In compatible PDF viewers like Adobe Acrobat or macOS Preview, you'll see a full chapter list in the sidebar for easy navigation.

Both EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 are fully supported. EPUB 3 features like HTML5 content, SVG illustrations, and MathML equations are handled correctly. Fixed-layout EPUB 3 (used for children's books and magazines) is also supported and maps each fixed page directly to a PDF page.

No. EPUB files protected with Adobe DRM, Apple FairPlay, or other digital rights management systems cannot be converted — attempting to upload them will result in an error. Only DRM-free EPUB files can be converted. These are typically files you've created yourself, purchased from DRM-free stores like Smashwords or certain Humble Bundle offers, or obtained directly from publishers who don't use DRM.

The page count depends on the amount of text in the EPUB, the font size you choose, and the page size. A typical novel of 80,000 words converts to roughly 300–400 pages at 12 pt font on A4. Choosing a larger font (e.g. 16 pt) will produce more pages; a smaller font (10 pt) will produce fewer. You can see the final page count in the download stats after conversion completes.

Absolutely. All file uploads are encrypted using TLS 1.3. The EPUB is processed in an isolated server container, and both the input and output files are permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We never read, index, or distribute your content under any circumstances.
